ACTUALLY, I CAN MEMBERSHIP TERMS

By purchasing and participating in Actually, I Can (“AIC”), you agree to the following Membership Terms.

MEMBERSHIP + BILLING
Actually, I Can is a recurring monthly membership provided by Brianne Downey.
The founding membership is $44/month and automatically renews each month using your payment method on file until canceled.
Payment reminders are automatically sent approximately 7 days before your next scheduled payment.
Founding-member pricing remains yours for as long as your membership remains continuously active. If you cancel and later rejoin, you will enroll at the membership price available at that time.

CANCELLATION
You may cancel at any time by completing the Actually, I Can Cancellation Request linked in your welcome email.
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 2 business days before your next scheduled payment to prevent that payment from being processed.
After cancellation, you will continue to have access through the end of the period you have already paid for. You will then be removed from the AIC Telegram community.

REFUNDS
All payments are final and non-refundable, including recurring membership payments.
Failure to participate in the membership, access Telegram, or use the content does not qualify you for a refund.

WHAT YOUR MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES
Actually, I Can is an educational and personal-development membership delivered through Telegram.
AIC is not private or group coaching and does not include personalized coaching or guaranteed individual responses from Brianne Downey.
Membership access is for you only. You may not share your Telegram invitation, membership access, paid content, recordings, messages, materials, or other AIC content with anyone outside the membership.

COMMUNITY
Members must respect the privacy of other members and may not screenshot, copy, distribute, or publicly share another member’s conversations or contributions without permission.
Soliciting, spamming, harassing members, sharing membership content, or otherwise violating AIC community standards may result in immediate removal from the membership without refund.
Brianne Downey reserves the right to remove a member when reasonably necessary to protect the community, its members, or the integrity of the membership.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY + DISCLAIMER
You must be at least 18 years old to join.
AIC is provided for educational and personal-development purposes only. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice or treatment.
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, wellbeing, and results. No specific outcome or result is promised or guaranteed.

TELEGRAM + AVAILABILITY
AIC is currently delivered through Telegram, a third-party platform. Brianne Downey does not control Telegram and cannot guarantee its uninterrupted availability or functionality.
Membership content, format, features, and delivery may evolve over time.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All original AIC content and materials provided by Brianne Downey are for your personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed, taught, published, or otherwise shared without written permission.

GOVERNING LAW
These Membership Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
